Announcing our second fund to build the open economy.

Here's to the crazy ones, the rebels, the innovators and the relentless optimists - hello from Inflection!

Over the last two years, we have been supporting entrepreneurs to build companies that are the foundation of the open economy. We met with hundreds of founders, venture investors, angels, and friends all over the world to iterate over Inflection's long-term approach, thesis, and strategy.

As a result, we conducted the official close of Inflection's second fund on January 1st 2021 to back (pre) seed stage companies and protocols with checks of up to $350,000. We feel comfortable to be the only source of capital for a company at the earliest stage while being open to co-invest or co-lead syndicated financing rounds.

In our view digital scarcity and smart contracts represent inflection points in humanity's transition from the industrial towards the information age. The open economy holds the potential to transform a world of gatekeeping, surveillance and discrimination into something more open, reliable, efficient and inclusive.

Our team loves to work with founders who are as obsessed and intrinsically motivated to build the open economy as we are. We leave short term speculation and opportunistic investments to others and are focused on building impactful companies over a decade.
